1.  Two 2D masks made up of pieces of coloured paper face each other.  Here the script talks about the masks that people wear, and the images of themselves that they present to the world.
2.  Another face joins, and the green face drops its green pieces of paper and picks up blue pieces, thus changing colour depending on who it is facing.
3.  The thin paper layer is pulled off to reveal the 3D mask underneath.  This occurs when the script talks about discovering the real depth of people.
4.  Here there is a shot of the 3D mask in its entirety.
5.  The hand of the animator comes in at this point, to caress the side of the mask.  This occurs when the script discusses uncovering our common humanity.
6.  The hand then smears colour across the mask as it strokes it.  This occurs when the script mentions finding the bits we're ashamed of beautiful.  This hints at the value of vulnerability as it celebrates tenderness.
6.  The background of the rat scene comes down infront of the mask, and sets a new scene up while the script discusses being too caught up in the game.
8.  The following rat scenes occur when the script discusses being too caught up in the rat race.  A series of different shots occurs in a shot time frame.  The scene begins with a long shot of the rats.
9.  The money appear from behind them and we see a close up shot of the rats reaction.
10.  When the view switches back to long/mid shot we see that the rats are chasing money that they will never attain.
11.  The camera then pans back to the mask.
12.  The camera begins to zoom into the eye of the mask, as the script mentions the need to go down the rabbit hole and explore ourselves.
13.  The camera journeys through the eye socket to the room behind, the brain room.
14.  The camera continues its journey through the mind as if we are walking straight through.
15.  The door opens into darkness and we venture as an audience into the darkness.
16.  The forest scenes will be dark and largely silhouetted.  The trees will be paper cut outs sticking out of black card.
17.  As the camera journeys through the forest it comes across a scene that is dimly lit.  The light increases as we come closer.  Here we see that there is a heart trapped in a cage with a black guard monitoring it.  This occurs when the script talks about the parts of ourselves that we hide away.
The guard asks what we're looking at and then the camera pulls away back into the forest.

18.  Journeying through the forest once more, we come across another scene.
19.  Here we come across a small ball with eyes and giant ears.  In after effects the words "You're not good enough" will appear and disappear into the creatures ears, the creature will squeak that it can do it, and more words appear in the other ear saying "who do you think you are?"
The scene fades to black
20.  The scene appears out of the dark once more,  it is a plain scene of something that looks at first quite unremarkable.  It is a blob that represents vulnerability.
21.  As vulnerability is described, the blob reacts accordingly and makes sounds.  Initially it is described as weak, which is why at first it cowers and appears ashamed.
22.  As this idea is challenged, the blob begins to look curiously up.
23.  When vulnerability is described as a strength the blob flexes its muscles.
24.  When the speaker says that to be vulnerable is to take an emotional risk, a hammer suddenly slams down next to it and scares the blob.
25.  When vulnerability is described as the birthplace of creativity a beret and paintbrush suddenly pop onto the blob.
26.  When imperfection is celebrated the blob begins to crack
27.  When the script mentions being yourself as a colourful act, the blob adopts colour temporarily.
28.  The blob then jumps into the ground
29.  It then begins to grow
30.  The blob grows into a strong three dimensional tree which contrasts to the paper ones around it.
The film fades out on this image.
